đŸ”„ MOCK CLASSES COMPLETED!! đŸ”„ Catch me at @otfgreatfalls tomorrow, Friday 11/15 @ 12pm!! First official class!! LFG!! đŸ„łđŸ„ł

I have been a member of several Crunch, Gold, and yoga gyms...as I love group classes. I need the motivation to keep me going, even if I don't want to work out....so, I love the 60 minute Orange Theory classes. One of my BFFs raved about this workout, but I was a bit intimidated by this so it took me a while to be brave enough to try it out....now I am a huge fan. It was a bit challenging as first, as I am not really used to working out this hard...but as the weeks go by, it is easier.. You start on either the treadmill or bike and then switch to floor/rowers. Each class is different so you never get bored. Each trainer has their own unique music selection and personality so you can try out different classes. Atmosphere - This gym is clean and simple. There is a muted orange lighting in a dark room with loud music, so you aren't really focused on other people, just on yourself. You can buy a $120 proprietary "Orange theory Burn band" that syncs to the Orange Theory app and the live screens during the class so you can track your heart rate through 5 different stages. (My high blood pressure meds won't let my heart rate get too high but I can definitely tell I am working - sweating and slightly out of breath!) There are two small showers that you can use afterwards and plenty of lockers to store your items during class. I love that the entire gym is "electronic free." For one hour, you can detox from your cell phone and have someone tell you exactly what to do! Service - The instructors are fabulous - especially Kit, Taylor, Kevin and Sylvia. Last week Kit dressed up as a pirate for the 7am Monday class and it was probably the best. workout. class. ever. She played a pirates of the caribbean theme music and it was awesome. Value- For $179 you can do unlimited classes, for $119 you can get 8 a month...so overall it's not a bad deal compared to other gyms in the area. For the value, it's worth it.....I know that I am getting in better shape and having fun while doing it! Pro tip: Bring a small towel and a water bottle to class. I also have cheap grippy weightlifting gloves to help me hold onto the weights and the rower handles when I get sweaty..

Love this location! My very first class was with Silvia. She kept the class fun and upbeat the entire time! Definitely one of the reasons I decided to join. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Anytime I need help or have any questions they're always super insightful and happy to help, especially over the phone, which is great cause I've moved since signing up and are exactly super close anymore. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to sign up. If you're looking for a fun impactful workout, great upbeat music, and a wonderful supportive environment, this place is for you! Oh, and let's not forget the fitness challenges that happen roughly every month. These are a great way for me to really push myself to give it my all. One last thing I'll mention is the coaches. They are there to encourage and push you, but not to "yell" at you, like I've experienced at other gyms. They want you to give it your best, not someone else's best. It's all about growing and becoming stronger. And the best part, as someone with chronic pain, there are always adjustments that can be made to any work out to make it work best for you. Orange Theory is quite possibly the only time I've enjoyed my workout. Stop thinking about it and just do it!

OTF isn’t just a workout—it’s a full-body experience that leaves you feeling stronger, more energized, and genuinely inspired. Each coach brings something unique, creating an environment that’s as motivating as it is inclusive.

Coach Kevin is a true expert in kinesiology. He has a keen eye for form and technique, and can make the smallest adjustments that have massive impact—suddenly, you’re feeling muscles engage more efficiently or avoiding a strain you didn’t know you were risking. His knowledge is deep, and he communicates it in a way that makes you smarter about your own body.

Coach Kit brings unmatched energy to the room. She’s an incredible motivator who knows her stuff, but what stands out most is how fun she makes the class. Her enthusiasm is contagious—you walk in tired and walk out fired up. She’s the kind of coach who gets you to push harder without even realizing it.

Coach Annie is the heart of the team—genuinely kind and warm, yet she knows exactly how to push you past your own limits. She believes in you more than you believe in yourself at times, and somehow, that belief becomes your own. With her, you don't just improve physically—you grow mentally, too.

Coach Silvia is the running guru but her expertise doesn’t stop there. She’s equally skilled when it comes to lifting form, offering sharp, precise cues that help you lift more efficiently and safely. Whether you’re on the treadmill or the floor, Silvia gives you the tools to train smarter, avoid injury, and build real strength. Her coaching is technical, encouraging, and incredibly effective.

Coach Taylor brings a perfect blend of calm authority and relentless encouragement. Her coaching style is focused and intentional—she keeps you dialed in and motivated with clear guidance, great music choices, and a grounded presence that makes you feel like you’re in expert hands every step of the way.

Wherever you are in your fitness journey, OTF and these coaches will help you go further than you...

Update: I’m now about 18 months in and still obsessed. OTF GF is such a welcoming and warm (sometimes literally haha) environment. From the coaches to the front staff, everyone welcomes you by name. The members have fun getting to know each other. The workouts are always fun - even my favorite “The Chipper”!

We lost some great coaches lately, but we have gained some phenomenal ones too. Coach Julie is hands down amazing. She is supportive, encouraging, has a soothing voice, energetic, and great with time. And we all know during an ALL OUT we can’t have a coach distracted 😬. She also doesn’t talk too much. You know how some coaches talk the whole time it seems. Between the music, the talking, the thinking involved
. It can be a lot at times. She has found the perfect balance. She’s still learning our names and injuries so she respectfully asks to let her help you modify if needed. She has helped me. I easily flagged her down during an exercise and she helped me modify. She came back to check on me as well. I highly recommend her classes. You’ll leave with a smile and a “I’m a badass” feeling.

Coach Shannon is new too. She is a bundle of energy as well. Just as friendly and supportive. She’s great with showing correct form and gently helping others with form. I find her music a fun selection as well.

And can’t forget about the one and only Coach Kevin! This guy has been with GF from the beginning. He is not afraid to tell you to push harder and that has done so much for me mentally and physically. I have gained so much confidence in my OTF journey and Kevin was a cornerstone to that. If you haven’t rocked out to a Coach Kevin class
book now! They fill up :)

Coaches are super supportive. Classes are a ton of fun while still kicking your butt. Six months in and I...
