If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband took his phone because the screen wouldn’t turn on. The guy said it was probably the screen he changed it and it wasn’t then said it was probably the battery. My husband left it over night because they said they would have it the next day and when I called today they said that it wasn’t even going to arrive until Tuesday. My husband uses his phone for work so we needed it fixed asap! I took it to another place where they were way more professional and the gentleman told me that they replaced the screen with a bootleg screen that didn’t work, not only that but they didn’t put all the screws back on and attempted to remove and steal the camera! We had to pay for a whole new screen and stuff thanks to this shady place that just stole parts from my husbands phone! I would be really extra careful to take it here or to his uncles shop in fontana by the name of “I fix and sell wireless #2” the uncle was rude and when he quoted me a ridiculous price I said your nephew was going to charge less and he said it’s because it was a bootleg version. It screams shady all over....
Read moreMy experience at K&B Electronics was honestly a special treat. Upon entrance I was warmly greeted by the amazing young men who work there, Abdel, Ameer, and Amar. Yes sir! Overall amazing experience and if I know what's right for my pocket and my own peace of mind, I'm not going anywhere else for electronics needs but K&B...

Further evidence of scalping as opposed to simply providing custom service: the amount of advertising and promotional scam that is being used to sell this and other products that are hard to find elsewhere at an extremely bloated price.
I'm pretty sure there are laws against doing this, and I hope the...
