Del Taco — Restaurant in Rialto

So it has been 5 months I went twice and this is the honest truth nothing was done and I'll be giving the corporate office another message as something needs to be done, the customer service is literally the only thing that's great here. I got me a cherry coke that I thought was going to be cherry flavored what in the world is going on with your machine please get it cleaned, are you guys regularly cleaning it ? It's soo disgusting, the worst I've ever had, I came for my chicken burrito two fries and three tacos, can I ask what you guys are doing to offset that beef flavor in the tacos the quality is so poor it's awful the chicken smells horrible I mean you guys are del taco right ? The fries looked as if they were some floppy jollopy mess I'm so disappointed that literally nothing was done when I spoke to someone from the restaurant she gave me some coupon like I was just going to go away like no I want the issues fixed and get to enjoy my favorites at del taco and don't want to have to go out of my way to a different...

This is my neighborhood Del Taco. Normally it’s not to bad here, the drive thru can get a bit of a wait but my food is hot and correct.

Except today. Today i went in for breakfast burritos with my husband. I ordered a #15 Egg and Cheese burrito meal. The lady at the drive thru had a bit of an attitude but got us out quick. Until half way home I realized they put bacon in my burrito (my receipt said egg and cheese). I took it back and went inside. The same lady from the drive thru didn’t greet me or eye contact with me. Told the kid in the back to remake it. She never said I’m sorry, not even a hello. It wasn’t until I got my food back after being remade that when I asked her name she acknowledged me. Then she said sorry. It was 8:40 am and a bit early to have an attitude when I’m the only customer!

Her name is Isabel. Hopefully she learns that a smile and eye contact can go a long way, especially when a mistake...

Ive been driving to the del taco 10 min away from my house In Colton on valley instead of this one that is only less then 1 min away from my house because of there bad service.. every dam time I order a deluxe chili cheese fries the don’t give a deluxe they give regular chili cheese fries I called them multiple times to let them knw that happened to me every single time and they get is wrong again also the quesadilla are flat and I never taste the green sauce like I’m supposed to.. me and my husband are very happy with the service on valley and we will never go to the on riverside and merill they suck !!! And they are lazy because they don’t wanna chop up onions and tomatoes for my chili cheese fries!! Also they never add enough strawberries to my strawberry lemonade drink!! I give them 0 stars. But because I have to put 1 to post this I guess I will and this is for the late workers!! ...
