Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rialto

My pizza was so old and hard. It all started when I woke up to a call of my mother saying my dad was soon going to die, she told me to get him a Little Ceasers Hot N Ready pizza for his final meal ,since growing up ,that’s the only fast food he would get us because of how poor we were, so there is emotional attachment to Little Ceasers, so I go to the nearest Little Ceasers and to my surprise there is a drive thru so I go ahead and use the drive thru not knowing the worst was yet to come, Me: “Hi can i get a Classic Pepperoni” Worker: “Im sorry can you repeat that” Me: “Yeah just a regular Pepperoni” Worker:” A regular Mcflurry??” Me:”Im sorry A REGULAR PEPPERONI” Worker: “ Ok anything else for you today” Me: “No that would be all thank you” Worker: “Okay total at the window” I get to the window and wait no more than 2 mins after paying for the pizza, I dont open the box because Little Ceasers never disappoints, or so i thought, and take it to my fathers death bed. He opens the box and sees burnt spots on the pizza as if it was reheated. He looks at me with confusion, takes a bite……. And immediately spits it out and starts having a heart attack, the pizza was so horrendous he died of a broken heart, the pizza he loved so much was not how he remembered and it absolutely broke his beautiful tiny heart. This place has a 1 Stat rating for an obvious reason. I could have chosen to order a pizza from the pizzeria next door but I didn't. Not only do they not answer their phone, and I had to wait an hour and a half for the order to be made once I get here the order was not even made because according to them I was supposed to let them know I was here. Then why do I do order online if I have to come in and announce that I'm here. I come here at the time that I'm being asked did you pick up my order not to let them know I'm here so they can start working on my order. This place is very disorganized and understaffed I don't blame the employees the problem here lies with management and whoever owns this franchise they should get their stuff together because that one star rating speaks a lot about your business. I did not get my pizza until 7:43 p.m.

Again I come to this Little Caesars Pizza October 18th 2024 I order my pizza with the app to be ready by 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 9:40 p.m. and the pizza was not even made. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza from the app and came to this location and unfortunately got a ham and pepperoni pizza but I came back and asked the cashier who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of that the order was wrong in a polite and non rude tone. The cashier who I assume was a younger lady around her very early twenties proceeded to smirk and roll her eyes right in front of me as she took my pizza and headed to the back which was pretty rude considering I was very polite to her and showed no frustration or anger towards the young lady. When I finally got the pizza that I actually should’ve had since the beginning it was lukewarm at best and has definitely been sitting in the back for some time which was a bummer including the subpar topping on my pizza considering I payed almost $9 for it. I definitely didn’t mind it to much to be honest and would definitely go back there for a pepperoni every once in a while but would like for the staff including the cashiers to be more professional and less naive or having conversations while serving customers also at times not even having someone at the front when I want to order is at times irritating and for...
