Great shop, but they are seriously overcharging. I rather go around town to find the delicacies from home I miss and with gas/time factored in itâs still cheaper. Some items I honestly donât know how they can justify charging that much itâs daylight robbery. Iâm going to order directly from Jolly in future.
Edit: In response to owner
I understand the difficulty logistically of transporting products thousands of miles and the costs that are involved in the process .
But other stores, many of which are small businesses, like yours are beating you every time on price because they strive to give their customer the best price. Theyâve realized the selling quantity is more important than selling at high margins. And as a consequence, they turn over a lot of stock. I particularly enjoyed seeing the memorabilia from some of my favorite shows such as Dr. Who, Downtown Abbey, Harry Potter and Wallace and Grommet.
If you are a lover of tea there is a good selection of teas, tea biscuits, teacups, tea infusers and teabag holders as well. Curious about tea, there are books about tea and tea parties. I ended up purchasing a glass tea infuser tumbler with cute tea designs all over it and some candy as a gift for a friend who is British. The shopkeeper was very friendly and helpful. He informed me that there is a larger location over in Grapevine. I have plans to visit that location as well. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who may be looking for a gift for a friend or something special...

Such a great array of British-related actual food stuffs along with candy, snacks, teas, etc. They even have some gift items for your favorite Anglophile - tea cups, of course; puzzles, books, etc. Some things are media-themed: some Harry Potter, Dr. Who, a little Downton, and I think some sports. For a small shop it has a lot of variety. A little pricey but that is to be expected for a place where pretty much everything is going to have to...
