LOOK! I am very VERY picky queen when it comes to my nails and my foot massage! I have been too establishments that where very distasteful and a waste of time and money!!! Establishments to where they told me how to spend my money and how I did not need certins things!!! When my girl friend told me about Bliss nail, I already had my guard up. I was thinking to myself oh great here's another place that is not going listen how I would like my nails and a foot massage done. BUT boy oh boy did I eat my own words!!! When we arrived they had smiles on there faces, there beautiful dog coco who is very sweet.❤️ I was taken to my seat, and my nails texh arrived! I showed her 3 different picture, and how I would like to take one thing from each picture and to create my nail shape! BOOM 💥 she said I got you no worries. Did my nails too the Teeeeeeeee! Perfect, the length, shape and thickness!! She never once cut me!! But what shocked me is that she was moving very smooth, quick with precision. Like this tech didn't not miss a Beat!!! When she was done with her master piece, I was moved to the massage chair. The water was hot 🔥 the perfect temperature. Then this young man who's name is VINCE ! Came down asked what desgin I would like. Then he got to work!! When I tell you this man worked off the past year of stress off my feet and legs!! He new evey single pressure point, worked my legs as if was baking a cake and painting a picture AT THE SAME TIME!! I am on my feet all day every day, from concrete, to trucks, to working cattle. When i left that man's chairrrrrrrrr. It felt like I had wings on my ankles!!!!

I needed to get my nails done last minute for a wedding tomorrow, so I didn’t have time to make an appointment. I forgot to ask the name of the lady who did my nails, but they are so pretty! I also had my 16 month old daughter with me and everyone was so patient with her!! I will be back! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Update: I have never experienced such amazing customer service at a nail salon. I got home and one of my nails just popped right off, like fell off for no apparent reason. I went back to the salon, and the lady that did my nails was so apologetic! She sat down to fix the nail that fell off, and as she looked closer at my nails, she told me she wasn’t sure about a few others. We’re not sure what went wrong, but she removed the whole set and redid it free of charge. She also sent me home with a complimentary cuticle oil! Seriously so amazing! A new practice is that require $20 deposit to schedule an appointment and they no longer take walk-ins. I scheduled the appointment paid the deposit received a card with the appointment time. I was called at 11:30 AM to let me know I had missed a 10 o’clock appointment which was actually scheduled for 430 confirmed by my card. They did not have availability for another week informed me that I would have to pay an additional $20 deposit to schedule a new appt. it would appear that their new deposit system could possibly be a way to collect $20 deposits and then have a confused misunderstanding based on appointment time. When I explained this they were absolutely inflexible and told me if I don’t agree with their policy I can go elsewhere so I will. I would recommend that everyone else...
