Subway — Restaurant in Richfield

My wife and son love Subway. I think they would eat it every day if they could tonight my wife and son on the subway we go in there. There is a customer in front of us and one being waited on really not busy. The employee finishes waiting on the customer she had already made a sandwich for Walks over to the customer in front of us and to us and tells us you’re gonna have to wait a while I have three phone orders And I will get to y’all after I’m done with it. just my opinion, a customer in the store that has took the time to walk in the store and get his food. Should take president over customers that are calling it in. I have worked in many food restaurants and this is not how you do business because of this me and my wife and son walked out and went somewhere else to eat. We will not be coming back to the subway. Food is normal for Subway but this location has some serious staffing issues. Have ordered from her 3 times online and every time it has taken over 1hr to get my food because they can only staff 1 person at lunch during the week. Usually they don't even start making it until you arrive and have to tell them you are there. This place was great but over the last 18 months has gone down hill big time. This is to no fault of the staff since they get busy and can only do so much. This is a failure of the manager and owners to staff correctly. Want to know why yall don’t do buisness. Maby because of yalls outrageous prices and lack off product on your sub. I came in today asked for a foot long cold cut combo with xtra tomato’s and xtra black olives she put them on the sub and I asked for more she said I can’t add more meat tomato’s or olives because they will not allow us. If I’m paying for extra cheese meet etc I expect them to put it on my sub since I’m paying near $20 for a sub. Will never do buisness with subway ever again.
