Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richfield

I went to this Taco Bell and one of the employees was really rude to me and my mom. We ordered most of our food to have no sour cream but they put sour cream on it anyways. I feel bad for one lady who was trying to help out but the rude employee was making it difficult for her to understand what to do. The rude employee asked is we wanted no ice in two of our drinks (I said no ice in all of our drinks and I was totally okay repeating what I said on the intercom that I wanted no ice in my drinks) and when I told them I wanted no ice they sighed in an aggressive manner and didn’t say anything. They gave us our drinks with no ice but it took three people asking us what we needed in order to get them. I handed them the money they didn’t even look at me to give me my change. There was another nice lady who handled the situation well and got our order wrapped up. When this place used to be a KFC/Taco Bell, this was the same rude employee asked me “do you ever get tired of coming here?” in a rude way. I don’t normally do this. But I placed a mobile order. I live in Richfield this is the only Taco Bell near by. I go to the drive through lane tell them my name and I had a mobile order they tell me to go to the second window. I wait and I come to the window and they tell me they don’t have a mobile order. Ummm yes I showed proof on my phone of the order they proceed to make the order. I should have checked more throughly before heading home but everything seemed there. I make it home and give the food out. I noticed my husbands second item and nachos and cheese from his cravings box is missing. I call and it takes them forever to answer. They finally do and I explained I’m missing such and such. They tell me to come back with my food and they will give me my missing items. Before I could even explain that I already gave my four year old her food so I’ll just be coming up to get the two items I’m missing they hang up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am absolutely disgusted by this place. First of all the customer service was non existent. Two women running drive thru kept trying to hurry me up while ordering. Handed us out bag and slammed the window while we tried to ask for hot sauce. The woman threw the sauce into my fiancé's hand and hurried away to do something that must have been so much more important than the company serving food and making money. Ordered 2 Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos. One add nacho cheese sauce and the other add the same sauce, extra chicken, and no tomatoes. Got down the road and they were absolutely awful. Didn't get extra cheese sauce we paid for, the tortilla was hard and stale, hardly anything in the burrito either! One usually does the job and solves hunger. But the last three times we've ate there, it's been the worst taco bell we've ever had. I will not be ordering from here anymore. Sorry you lost about $100 per week. But we did not deserve that kind...
