Bojangles — Restaurant in Richfield

We visited this location on my way home from a weekend in Concord and it was terrible from the cashier all the way to the manager. First they look at us like we were aliens, I guess because we were African American. We got no greeting not even a "hello" I paid with $100 and she goes and get the manager and DID NOT return the manager finish the order and was very rude, poor customer service at its best. We got our food, we had two #11 and the food was not hot at all. As long as we waited you would have thought it would have been piping hot but just opposite. My wife said "thank you" and they could not even say "you're welcome." When we were leaving they gave us nasty looks as if we did not belong...

A run-down facility with constantly nasty restrooms and a towel dispenser and soap dispenser, which stay broken. Today, the soda machine is broken again. The dining room coffee dispenser has been broken for a year. The food is mostly good. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. Bojangles, get off your rich wallet and spend some money on your employees and this facility. They deserve it, and our town deserves a Bojangles restaurant as nice as other locations. Hit or miss at this Bojangles. The past few months service has really went down hill. Walked in to place a take out order, was told the chicken leg for the kids meal would take an extra 15 minutes. Just changed the order to a supreme combo. 2 Supreme Combos and roasted chicken bites took us 30 minutes to get. (They let us know we wouldn’t have to wait on those) Went to register and asked if our food was ready, if not just refund us.
