We were shopping for a new love seat and went to EZ Furniture because of a great sale they were having. It was not the first place we looked, but it certainly was the last We got a beautiful love seat to match our decor and it had all the extras we wanted (remote control for reclining, heat and massage). Where to begin?! I absolutely love this place, the employees always go above and beyond to make sure my experience is top notch. They are personable, kind, helpful, and have become someone I call a friend. I've gotten multiple items from here; Desktop (gaming), Laptop (gaming) washer and dryer, kids recliner chairs, beds, couches, lamps, side tables, and a kitchen table. I can not wait to add more to that list. I would have never been able to obtain these items if it wasn't for EZ Furniture! Rude people when on the phone. Staff have yelled and argued with me. Terrible experience overall, serious scam artists and that’s the nicest thing I can think to say. I am also currently receiving emails regarding my review where I am being bullied into changing my review and I will not do so. When I went to return my item due to not being able to make future payments the staff yelled at me and argued with me continuously.
