Update: I have not been reached out to as per Taylor’s response, and it still does not excuse her rudeness and unprofessional responses to my text messages on the day of my appointment. I wish I would have noticed the other negative review before booking my appointment.

Exceptionally poor experience. I had an appointment scheduled for a new client fill. After arriving, I noticed the technician, Taylor, had sent a text message less than a half hour before my appointment stating she was going to be 30 minutes late. I said that would not work because I needed to be at work by 10:30am. She then became offensive and stated we would not have had enough time anyway for my appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 9am for an hour and 25 minutes. I stated I work very close to her studio (walking distance of about 30 seconds) and we would have had enough time. It was unprofessional to be a half hour late to an appointment with a new client with very little notice. She responded back that we would not have been a good fit anyway. I guess because I was on time and she was late?? I stated I would be leaving a review and she responded by tapping ‘haha’ on my message as an instant reply. Lash extensions Taylor is by far the most professional I have seen for extensions. I have tried numerous techs for lashes and actually had horrible experiences leading into dryness, irritation and pain from previous techs. Taylor was by far kind to me prior to me even seeing her. She listened patiently to all my horror stories I was experiencing from previous work and she guided me through steps that would help me heal. After taking a break from lashes I finally was able to get in with Taylor to try again. She greeted me with excitement at the door and showed me all of my options for styles, lengths, volume that I could choose from to give me just what I had been needing this whole time. She was precise and took her time which I love! Each time it is exactly what I have asked for. Taylor continues to check in with me to ensure my lashes and experience is going well. It is! I highly suggest scheduling with her and I am a lifer....

DO NOT GO HERE!! I drove an hour out of my way because of all the good reviews and was EXTREMELY disappointed and let down by Taylor Clarke. Friends that have even gone here have been disappointed by her lashes as well! I scheduled an appointment the week before and tried to cancel it but her mailbox was full and she did not respond to my email either. She is extremely unprofessional. Then, she rescheduled me for a different time that her business wasn’t even open at. When I arrived I was 5 minutes late trying to find where it was located - she claimed she had a “15 minute late policy” when I arrived before the 15 minute mark. She didn’t even take the time to talk to me professionally and help me understand why she was still charging me $60 and slammed the door in my face.
