Never coming back to Burger King! On April 12th, around 1:30 AM, I drove to Burger King’s drive-thru. The main doors were closed, and only the food pickup window was operating. I drove around the restaurant several times, trying to get someone’s attention, but there were no employees to be found. One worker was sweeping the floor, but she ignored me completely even though I knocked on the window and even turned on my flashlight to get her attention. She heard me knocking but refused to look my way. After a few unsuccessful attempts to reach another window, I noticed another customer behind me who ended up leaving, unable to wait any longer. As an Uber driver, I couldn’t leave because I needed this order.
When I called the Burger King line, no one answered at first. After I started knocking harder on the window, the girl finally picked up the phone. Instead of offering help, she started shouting at me and threatened to call the police. I told her that if she didn’t give me my order, I would call the manager, supervisor, director, or anyone, but I would report the situation. She claimed that she was the manager. I highly doubt she is a manager, and if she is, this restaurant is really unfortunate.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. If I could give minus 100 stars, I would. Since that’s not possible, I’m giving only one star. I highly recommend thinking twice...
Read moreI met a man who was boycotting this specific Burger King. He told me his story about his experience there. He is a disabled veteran and has ongoing physical health issues due to having schrapnel in his back. He specifically stated certain aspects of life are tougher based on positions or movements, things like using the bathroom. The experince he had while here was needing to use the bathroom and having to used the "female" single stall room because the "male" single stall room was in use. Because of his disability he took a while and came out and was belittled for using the "women's room" and taking a long time. He suggested having a unisex bathroom where he could go and it wouldn't be considered a huge ordeal. He told me that he was mostly yelled at and treated fairly poorly by Burger King staff. Specifically a female staff there. He is currently boycotting this location because they are not disabled veteran friendly. I encourage others who visit this location to advocate for your local disabled veterans and request a unisex bathroom or services that accommodate someone whose injured significantly while fighting for our freedom in...
Read moreI had to do a new review but left the previous to show the change. This location has had a great turn around. Food always hot and fresh. Service has been outstanding and the new team is great. Location is clean, I enjoy that I came back here and bring others now as well that enjoy this location. Glad it changed for the better.
Wish I could do minus 50 stars. Stay away from this location. At 9:50 this morning 11/20/21 I went in their dining room to eat. The MANAGER on duty and 2 others are working. 3 in line to order and all being ignored. The female young employee yells out she cannot handle the stress close the dining room. It was no stressful they were not busy.
This franchise seems to hire people too lazy to work and should not have a job. Really glad Taco Bell was next door and McDonalds up the road because this Burger King will never get my business or...
