Came in for an AC unit. took forever to find help. When I found someone he laughed at me and said the ac units were in the middle and I had passed them. Ok cool, I pick one up thereās no price but I scan it in app and it says 144.00 since the employees had no idea. Went up front had it scanned and said it was 189.00 they had a manager come up and look at the scan and had a proud attitude and said the 144 price was āonline onlyā I said ok Iāll order online and left the store. In my car I saw thereās and option to pick up in store by ordering online that wasnāt mentioned in the encounter.. weird..
Wouldnāt recommend more about being right in the moment than...
