Athans Audio Visual — Local services in Richland Hills

I had this company scheduled for a outdoor Memorial Day Event for my company. The event ended up having to be moved in doors due to weather and I would not need their service for a indoor event. The company decided they felt the need to charge me the full amount even though they did NOTHING except unload the truck for 45 minutes and not even unload any equipment. They were late in arriving I was told they were tired by the first person that arrived since they had a busy weekend. There was nothing explained during conversations or on any quote or email received from the company about a 24 hour cancellation notice.

My suggestion is that if you plan to use this company you better do your due diligence and understand all of their terms and conditions on your own because after speaking with one of the co-owners they do not feel that it is their job to disclose to you any information regarding their policies.
