Nail Expo — Local services in Richmond Heights

I went to get my nails done here Thursday I’m a returning customer because my first experience here was great nails were neat and perfectly shaped too. When i left the shop Thursday I noticed my nails were shaped differently and not identical so i called to express my concerns and was told to come in at 2:30 (this was Friday, yesterday). I got there at 2:30 and was told i had to wait because the lady wasn’t ready to assist me yet. So i sat and waited for at least 30 minutes until i decided to leave. I called to see if i could make another arrangement to come in today and see if she could fix it and she became very argumentative telling me that i need to make time if i wanted her to fix my nails and that i was late coming in and how i need to show proof that she made a mistake. I went into the shop earlier today to show them the mistakes of how different all my nails look especially my middle finger on the right hand. The lady insisted on fixing my nails after i explained i didn’t want them fixed i just wanted to show them the mistake so that in the near future it wouldn’t happen again. The lady who serviced me walks over and tells her not to fix my nails because I cancelled my card and begins to argue with me and tells me because i didn’t get a full set that’s why my middle finger is shaped the way it is. Overall experience first impression is everything at first i suppose but after today’s ordeals i will not be back! All i wanted was for my nails to be all the same shape not to argue about what...

So unprofessional!! I called and made an appointment for the following day. They said they had 1 appointment left for 6pm the next day. I said I'll take it, the women made sure to say tell them it's with YoYo. I put the appointment info in my phone as soon as I hung up. I go to the appointment at 557pm. Walk in and tell them of my appointment. They say "your not on our schedule". I said "it's with YoYo". Then they say "it was at 5:30". But you just said I didn't have an appointment!?!? Meh. Not impressed. If you Can let a customer walk out the way that I did with these pictures that speaks a lot about your character just in it for the money, not the actual presentation of quality. Came here as a last-minute resort because my normal technician was booked got a manicure and a regular polish pedicure. Instead of getting a soak off, like I asked on my toes they were drilled down and pulled polish off, creating a tear on my big toe and after multiple times of asking her to clip my big toe evenly she only left it.
