I went in to pick up a UPS package at this store's UPS Access Point. Due to no fault of the store, the package was not there and the driver hadn't dropped off any packages all day. Nonetheless, the owner double-checked to be sure, and then gave me his card so I could call the store to check on the package instead of driving back up. Very cool. Very high level of service. There aren't many stores like "In and out" anymore. Especially in St. Louis. The ones that do exist are typically Spawn points for panhandlers. Luckily being that they are in a great area you don't see much of that. UPDATE. This was a UPS issue not In and Out's. Either way it's really nice to be able to pick up packages there. What a cute little store, nice owner, and fair prices.
