Richmond Hts on clayton rd . Convient location with a crowered parking lot that the movie therter users I notice use without going in the bread co . But ample parking in lot beyond if ur able to walk it.That’s dissapointing first of all. 2nd problem their staff. Not the older employees that’s have been there since way back & there only r a very few like Mary very nice always ,but the young staff they can’t seem to stay long . The young girls ,It’s like a revolving door they stay a bit then in with a new batch that’s not properly train r they r just slow learner for the easy task .But what’s the worst is their lack of respect , eye rolling& speaking with an attitude to coustomers. Please people report them immediately don’t wait like Iam to do so & there mumbling behind coustomers back about them as they r walking away because of the staff mishaps & customer having to b sure they r getting their order right ,r just because they r having a bad day & they don’t know how to act on the job. Another thing the horse play r conversations about non work related they have with one another & having u wait to order to finish .This has happened so many times & the cooks coming up to register area to horse play in our sight I never understand .do it behind closed doors please not when there is a line waiting .In the evenings most times have to get someone to know even u r waiting at front counter to order even after calling out for help. Also lately the employees I assume get free pastries by what I’ve witnessed in the years ,but this newer group of employees seem to take their pastries Picking& choosing a bag full at least couple to an hour before close when coustomers r still coming in & r in store . They r filling up their bags. & go back to continue working it’s not like they r done for the day & leaving . It’s like they don’t want coustomers to grab what they want. I’ve seen this on several occasions. Please have them wait till exact close time and arnt taking any more orders. The bathrooms often out of paper towels& r toilet paper. Who ever is cleaning the floors in bathroom has been doing poor Job . All the dirt is being pushed up in the corners & such. & the dryed on dirt is just piling up.One of the stall dividers has been a sloppy mess . Hire a professional cleaner to train whoever to do a proper good clean. & the germy dirty rag& water they continually use to wipe up tables is gross & they don’t dry t if try to dry it’s not getting dryed. Do u realize all the bacteria & germs being passed around , gross. Managers r always friendly & r happy to b sure ur order is corrected. But they go through managers often thy don’t seem to stay long at this location. That’s not a good sign . Get rid of the unfriendly , rude staff & u might get more stars. This location is very busy , if in hurry & c parking lot full expect to wait ,that’s just common sense. I have been to other locations on regular basis & their staff behavior is professional & friendly always & seem to keep their staff . This location is convient for clayton Richmond Hts , Maplewood. & west St. Louis city . Area. But somehow they just have a tough time at it. Warning ,Sunday starting early r extreamly crowded & u will most likely b waiting for your order 45 min to an hour. Get there right when open u will have better luck. Food never disappoints .but when ordering b sure the repeat your order correctly. Often if u get a salad& a soup r sandwich they automatically put it as a pick 2 . They would always do to me every time so b clear by saying u want r don’t want a pick two.. The worst is the staff rudeness of the young girls at counter. I’ve even avoided for months & when walking in happy to c new staff , but only encountered diff girls ,...
Read moreHi I recently had an order Togo from your Clayton Rd location store number/Cafe noC628. I don't frequent your establishment but today my mother wanted your broccoli cheddar soup. Order No 189 for $45.31. This had to be the most disappointing meal I've ever had from your Food Chain. I ordered a Roasted Turkey with artichoke Paninl (a hot sandwich). I looked on line and made the discussion to get this sandwich. No one in the store ever heard of this sandwich so they subbed it with a cold turkey sandwich with bacon and avocado. Not Even close to what I wanted. I wanted a hot sandwich. But the real issue is this sandwich cost $8.99, The sandwich had one thin slice piece of turkey, two strips of bacon, one tomato and lettuce on each half of the sandwich. This was A Huge Disappointment (I took Pics because I don't believe this is a true representation of what you should get for $8.99). The Mac and cheese was over cooked and gummy. The you pic two was a well made 1/2 bacon turkey bravo sandwich and a strawberry poppy seed Chicken salad ( with NO CHICKEN IN THE SALAD). The SmkHam & Swiss had a very generous portion of meat slices on it at $6.59. I saw your policy at the top of the receipt but I'd already driven 6 miles home so I was not coming back. If the menu on line says you have something then it would seem the employees would know about it and how to make it correctly. I did try contacting the busy via telephone however this is your busy time so the system told me to call back later and it auto disconnected. Very...
Read moreSo I love Bread Co. No matter the location, the food is always top notch. However, I'm writing a review of this location specifically because of recent experiences I've had here. Every time I've come in for lunch over the past two weeks, another customer, an older man, usually wearing a gray beanie and sweatshirt, is always here and ALWAYS stares at me and other female customers. As in, he sits there, not looking at his phone or his coffee, and just stares at women in the seating area. Every time I glance up, he is staring at me. I've been sitting in the seating area for the past few hours finishing a paper I have due, and I have caught him staring at me so many times that I even got recordings of it (not attached to this review for his privacy). Even if I deliberately move to a spot where he cannot see me, he pointedly moves to a spot where he can continue staring. I'm leaving a review about it because when I brought this up to a few friends in casual conversation, EVERY ONE OF THEM KNEW WHO I WAS TALKING ABOUT. This is evidently enough of a problem that an entire group of people experienced it individually, but also when another female customer left at the same time as me this evening, I asked her on the way out the door if she noticed it; she also had noticed and thought it was creepy. I'm not suggesting that this is Panera's fault, but women be warned: don't come to this location if you don't want a man staring at you the entire time you're...
