I reserved chairs for my daughter's graduation party on a Saturday. The chairs were delivered on a Thursday, which put gave me peace of mind and I was able to check that off my list. It was perfect for us to be able to get everything set up. I got white chairs and They were clean and comfortable

The pick up was nice too. We left the chairs stacked outside of the garage and they came Sunday morning and scooped them up. No fuss no bother.

The only thing i wasn't satisfied with was the communication for payment. It was done through texting from 2 different numbers, which was a bit confusing. After filling out the order and putting in my payment info I got a text back saying my payment was received, only for it not have been received because I got a call when they deliverd the chairs to my friend's house, who was hosting the party, that they didnt show payment and they were going to take the chairs back if it wasnt paid.

I would like to have had a phone conversation with a human prior to the delivery so this could have been cleared up beforehand. I also think that texting leaves things open to interpretation so speaking with someone is just better so all parties are on the same page.

When I finally talked to someone, they were patient and we were able to get everything taken care of.

I read good reviews for this company and decided to go with them. Not only that, they also had exactly what I was looking for, a bouncy house with a pool and slide. It was what my son wanted so that's what I was searching for. Thankfully, they had one. So we rented the smallest slide with pool and bouncy from them since my son doesn't like tall slides. Ordering was easy. Just got on their website and started my search and added stuff to my cart. Then I got a chat from them so they were able to answer my questions as I was surfing their website. I rented the bouncy/pool/slide and also tables, chairs and tent. Everything was affordable. They contacted me the week of the party to confirm that they may need to set up the day prior to the party depending on their time frame, which they did. Set up was easy. They brought everything in, and I just told them where to locate everything. Cameron, the owner, set up everything along with an assistant. The kids really enjoyed it. So much so that our daughter said she also wants a pool/slide for her birthday too. We'll definitely be using their services/equipment again! Oh and take down was easy too. They came back to take things down and removed the rest of the standing water with a vacuum pump. A friend asked who we used, so we're for sure recommending them to our friends as well. I called fairly last minute for table and chair rentals for my small at home wedding on Halloween and they came through. I originally ordered 3 tables and 12 chairs but to get delivery I needed to spend just a bit more so I added another table. I’m glad I did because 3 tables wasn’t enough. The day before my wedding a storm came through and it was supposed to rain all day long and into the next. I called and asked if there was any way to add a large 10x20 tent and they said no problem. My fiancé quickly went to work the day of our wedding making a platform in our flooded yard for the tables and chairs. Everything was delivered on time, delivery guys were friendly and they picked up the next day. Condition of the tables and chairs was great, no issues at all.
