I've been coming here for several years. Over the last few visits, I have noticed that the quality of the work product has gone way down. On my most recent visit, I got a Mani/Pedi. I do not have artificial nails.

The owner did my manicure and it was not good. She kept getting up and running around doing other things during my manicure. It was not relaxing. She filed every single one of my nails crooked and left skin around the cuticles. It was very sloppy and you could tell that she was distracted and in a hurry and it showed in the end product.

A different person did my pedicure and in less than two weeks, it looked terrible, which is not normal. It normally lasts much longer than that. It appeared as though she only used one coat of nail polish and it also looked like she did not use a top coat. She also cut my nails very short without even asking me if that's what I wanted.

This place is unsanitary, unprofessional, and poor work quality . They don’t clean the foot tubs and don’t wear masks, also dropping equipment on the floor and picking it up to use immediately after with no wipe downs.and they don’t wipe down the chairs after customers . I also got a full set and 4 of my nails were placed on crooked . The acrylic powder was layered unevenly . I had my eyebrows waxed and now half of them are gone and all the lady could say was sorry it will grow back . This is my face we are talking about !!!!! They don’t attend to all customers the same, some more than others. Had a terrible experience here .and their prices are outrageous for basic stuff not that this was a problem just for the service is not valued at those prices .
