After having a very disappointing experience at the competing florist in town trying to arrange a funeral arrangement for my Mother, I ended up at Leaning Lily’s. From the moment the jingle on the door announced my arrival, the service and attention given was personable, pleasant and exceptional. Amber, the designer, came out to greet me and discussed ideas for the spray of flowers and gave me unhurried attention despite this being Valentine’s Day, the busiest florist day of the year. My Grandmother had her 83rd birthday today, and I live out of town so I always send her flowers. I have used other local florists and 1800 Flowers and have been let down every time on the quality and delivery. I, with great pleasure, now can say that Leaning Lily is my go to florist from here on out. Full stop. The arrangement she was sent today was absolutely gorgeous. I cannot thank you enough for your effort and meticulously crafted wildflower box. Also, the sweetest gesture was made by the delivery man who sang her “Happy Birthday” on his own accord. I live in Kentucky and had a relative in the hospital in Richmond Indiana. We wanted to get the arrangement to our relative the same day and Amber worked us in to make that possible even though she was fully booked for the day.
