Mr. Deals Liquidation — Local services in Richmond

I've been to Mr Deals multiple times! But after today I won't come back! 3 workers all standing around I came in with my wife and kids to buy a Piano/keyboard for my middle son! He was so excited because this was going to be his first instrument which I play Piano so this was important to both of us. We found a piano we liked it was $300 My wife and I asked the Gentleman 3 times if we could test the keyboard out to see how it played. He insisted everything was tested and in working order and by the 3 time he was aggravated and came over and told us for the 3rd time I have no power source over there and he again told us everything was tested and in working order. And jblatantly just walked off like screw us either but it or get off my case. Honestly I'm disappointed in the staff here it used to be a very welcoming place to come everyone would say hello and ask about our day. I've been in about 3 to 4 different times in the last 3 months we haven't gotten a hello or asked if we needed anything or nothing. I wish this store the best!...

Allison here. I purchased a small playpen and when I got home it was missing a piece which made it unusable. Went back to the store and the gentleman gave me another one just like what I purchased so I could get the part. It made me so happy that I purchased a lamp which he took off another $10.00. The owner went above and beyond to make things right. His friendly staff took the items out to my car....
