I James Cleveland a 38 year over the Road Driver, I now drive a Company Truck for Dutch Maid here in Ohio I had an Issue with a 2020 Freight Liner Cascadia,The tractor has 63500 miles on it, And the problem Was Bumping and Hooping Problem In the Rear end and Drive Tires, It was so hard to Drive the Truck That by Days End my Arms Hurt So bad that I couldn't Sleep at Night, Freightline Dealer from Monroeville Ohio, took on the job of finding and Fixing the Issue, Once they got Started trying to find the Issue they Didn't quite and Just Walk away From start to finish two Guys in the Service Dept. Battled tooth and nail Until the Problem was Completely Straighten Up and Fixed, Thanks Mike and James for standing up to your Words from Start tell End, But my Thank You Goes one step farther than that I Thank Everyone at the Monroe Ville Freightline for everything and Anything they did to make my Visit To there place of Business a Great One, Continue to keep up the Great Work Everyone may your Years of Service Continue to Grow and get Stronger as Days Pass by, Thanks Again Everyone James Cleveland...

This place is really special they would get the job done, everything brand new, the staff in this location is also very kind and sweet people they are very responsible and I believe they are one of the best dealers and best staff i ever worked with in the USA i recommend them 100% and i would definitely use them in the future 100%. My brother J Larick took care of our 26ft boxtruck and did everything and make our unit run like brand new for the most affordable and reasonable price coming from a dealer i would definitely say it was a reasonable price and all the time there were communication, they also helped us translating a load that we had in our trailer to another carrier that came to recover the load and there was no but coming from them, people im telling you this guys really know what they are doing and their staff is super professional i give them a 5 star review it was really a pleasure and honor for me to deal with genuine people like this, Thanks you to all the staff in Great Lakes Truck...

Mike from service is the man. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and to help me out. I wasn’t too happy that Allen Ott never returned my calls like he said and he didn’t take my keys over to service for me like he said he would. But that is where Mike in service stepped in and up. He didn’t have to and I would have had to miss a load and spend the night there.

Collision did an A-1 job on the actual work. 5 ⭐️ Besides them not putting my dashboard back up and leaving me to figure it out I have no other complaints. But once again what Mike did made all those little nuances go away. When he helped in finding my keys he didn’t do it grudgingly. He did it as if he actually wanted to help me out. I appreciated that and it made that day a whole lot better!!!

I’d still recommend this place. Everyone has bad days. But their service and collision work...
