I walked in and asked if they had any steak. They said yes and showed me a giant prime rib eye cut. Then they used a prepared customer order to showcase the thickness and marbling that the steaks offer. They offered us 2-inch, 1.5-inch, and 1-inch steaks. We bought four 1-inch steaks. Grilled med rare on the BBQ same night and holy smokes these steaks HIT 👌 The marbling was pronounced and I held on to every bite for as long as I could. Insane flavor. They also offered us kimchi tasting inside the store (white kimchi, aged white kimchi, and red pepper kimchi) all of which were tasty and crunchy, just how I like it. The aged white kimchi was our favorite. Overall, it was a very friendly and enjoyable experience. They clearly offer high-end meats, kimchi, tofu, and more. the meat is SO tender, they know exactly how to marinate and prepare it. their sources and ingredients are super high quality and trustworthy. with homegrown pears and kiwis in the marinade!

the owner is so friendly and knowledgeable!! there's so much education he provided to me and my boyfriend about the different types and cuts of meat.

the quality of food is 1000000% and the customer service is also 1000000%. i will honestly never buy meat from anywhere...
