2.5 STARS to 4 STARS Edit: Owner manager reached out to me personally to offer a refund and a free haircut. That's great customer service and shows pride in ownership and quality. Turns my review from wanting to go elsewhere to looking forward to revisiting. I also understand that when you do 100s of cuts you're not always going to be on your A game for every cut.

Clean good looking barber shop. Good music playing, but not crazy loud. Appointments are kept right on time. So, that's all a plus. But I suggest you go somewhere else if you want 100% complete quality hair cut. Ace, was my barber twice. 25+ years of getting fades, shaves, and lined up, I don't expect to leave the barber shop and go home and shave my neck front and back and clean up the spots the barber missed. After a "fresh" $30 haircut, having to go shave around my beard and neckline at home defeats the purpose.

So the last time I came here. I made a reservation for anyone available. The barber I got was Manny. This guy rushed through my haircut in about 10 minutes because he wanted to squeeze in more customers that walked in. I made a reservation, came on time, and got treated like a side piece. He didn't even cut it right either, because the hair around my ears were not cut properly and my hair was a bit uneven. I honestly don't know if he still works there, but he is the only barber of all the Truglory barbers that I actually had an issue with. Of course I still tipped, I'm not a monster. But after this experience I knew Truglory was not for me. I paid for some below average service and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Honestly go somewhere else if you ask me.

Edit: I forgot to mention, an hour before my appointment at 2:00 he changed the time to 4:00. And he still...

If you want a haircut, go somewhere else. If you want perfection, this place is for you.

First of all, I only write reviews when I'm either really happy, or really upset about something... Because... ain't nobody got time fo that lol! Furthermore, I am a perfectionist who is not easily impressed. Tito and his crew are very professional, and it's clear that they love what they do. When it comes to services that matter, that's not just an important factor, but THE MOST important factor! I've been looking for a new shop for a long time and I'm happy to say I've finally found one. Normally when switching barbers, there's a learning curve. Not here... Before he started, I showed Tito a few old pics of myself with a cut I like, and his came out even better! As Steve Jobs said correctly, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do."
