Came in to buy a bagel for breakfast and a dozen or six bagels for my family at home. Unfortunately, they refused to sell bagels to take home and gave ZERO explanation as to why. Update: I don’t know why they said they explained the company policy to me, because frankly they didn’t. I asked multiple times why they wouldn’t sell me the bagels to go, and they just said no. I didn’t see anything on the menu about calling in advance, and they didn’t explain their policy after curtly telling me I couldn’t buy the bagels. I will not be coming back here because this interaction made no sense and was a waste of my time. Sadly, my sandwich also was terrible.

He smirked and said, "of course we charge". I will never go back there again. He needs to work on his demeanor and...

Seems silly considering the name of their store is called Bagel and Bagel. Maybe they should change their name to Bagel, maybe, sometimes, not. We left disappointed and drove down the street to another bagel place, and not only did they have plenty of bagels for purchase, the bagels were fresh, hot and straight...
