We were traveling through Johnson burg Pa from visiting in Ridge way Pa needed a few groceries on are way back to Gifford PA we looked up your ours of operation on your web site it said you were OPEN UNTILL 8:00 PM so when we pulled in up front of your store around 6:30 pm walked up to your store they were locked up looked at door where you had a little green sign taped to door that stated dates 12/29 to 1/3 only open until 6:pm .two other couple's tryed to enter but found your store not open .my wife and I understand you may of wanted to close early because of holidays , but the least you could of done is posted new hours of operation on your site for people such as us traveling would know. At least family dollar store was open and had items we needed .We paid more than we wanted and know your prices are better because we have shipped your store in the past while traveling through . But if you are not open than all the best prices in your store do us and other customers no good. Have shipped at your other store in Ridge way to when traveling. Maby this will help . I like that they have a wider variety of certain foods, unlike larger grocery chains. I love their Pick 5 for $19.95. Now, since 2025 hit unfortunately, it is now $24.99. I found a lot of expired baby snacks at the Johnsonburg Elk County Foods store today and was disappointed. They have a larger selection for Pick 5, unlike Save-A-Lot. Plus, they have a better variety of ice cream flavors. Some items, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, are not fresh. They are brown, withering, or even limited.
