Embarrassing & disappointing. I’ve gone to shear touch off and on since i was in elementary school. I showed up to their new location for info on tanning. I explained that I wanted to do the months package for unlimited for $40, but I wasn’t sure what my tattoo artist would think about that. I asked if I could pay the full amt for just one tan ($7.00), and then I’d either be told not to come back, or be told it was fine. Assuming the latter would be the case, I simply asked if I could pay the $33 balance and continue with a monthly package. “No. You’d have to pay $40”. Common customer courtesy? It’s not like I’m switching up half way through a deal. I either would walk and have paid $7.00 for one tan, OR I would’ve paid $40 for the monthly package. ??? What’s the problem. Anyways, I ask to see their deluxe toon of lotions. They all look dumbfounded at each other and state that they have NONE. OK. What do I do now? “Well we have there tiny little samples here until we get lotion in”. Okay. She responds , “they’re $3”,. Paying for a sample, something your got free, when you have none of your most important product in? That’s embarrassing. As I’m leaving and pay my $10 for ONE tan, I asked where I could get the specific lotion needed. None of them knew they all look dumbfounded again. They couldn’t tell me what to go for, OR what to avoid. Im not exaggerating. I merely Walked out and had to google my way through topical solutions. So disappointed in the consistent let down and lack of...
