ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

I went to Jazmine for a full blonde color + keratin tip extensions. I’ve now had them in for about 3 weeks or so now I feel confident in leaving my final review.

most definitely would NOT suggest going here. I’ve had keratin tips many many times, since early 2021 to be exact. So I feel very knowledgeable in how they should be installed, how they should look after installed, and how long they should last.

My hair was supposed to be colored completely blonde (you do a full color before extensions are installed because you can not color hair with extensions in) My hair currently is remotely my natural color all underneath & all through the top of my head. I look like I need to go get my hair colored very badly, not that I JUST got it done. I have already lost many extensions, mind you in the past I have had the same keratin tips in for 6+ months and have not lost ONE. I have many hairs falling out daily because of how they were not installed properly.

I have gone to 2 stylists for second opinions, because my extensions are so thin due to not all my purchased hair being installed, and due to many many many hairs and spots on my head being missed.

I was going to have my new stylist try to add extensions to my head, and try to get some life out of these & now it’s just come to the fact that I have to buy all new hair AGAIN, have these removed and start from scratch, because it is that bad. mind you I just spent hundreds at Tamed Roots

The knowledge, training, attention to detail, and just flat out the communication about what you are wanting & trusting your stylist to deliver just that is NOT here. The whole appointment I felt I had to be my own advocate and argue about what I wanted & had to keep requesting more hair was added for over an hour to the many spots left out after she was “done”.

I had 1 unopened box left of hair not installed as well as some pieces in a bag. I went to pick up my hair (that I purchased! & the cost was also marked up so much it was more then double the cost of ordering K tips from the 2 other salons I’ve gone to) when I went to pick them up, I wasn’t even let to go through the salon door she handed them to me through the door, and turned around and let the door slam.

Also- the reviews of this business that are years old are NOT this business. It is from the previous salon that was at this location.

Posting because- I do not want any other women to deal with this frustration that goes into expecting your hair to look like a million bucks when you leave your salon, and being so excited that you were going to have your hair done! And leaving with the end result of feeling so...

I enjoyed my time getting my hair cut, the stylist was nice and friendly. However, when I got home there were several areas of my hair that were uneven (including the new bangs she cut for me). I asked her via a message if I could come back to have her fix those areas, and she said she would message me in a few days when she came back to the salon. She never messaged me or called, so I ended up having to pay someone else for the full cost of a cut, to fix my hair. Honestly, I won't be back. One of the biggest issues I have had in the 8 years I have lived in this area is how quickly someone doing your hair, nails, etc. Will take your money, then do a half job and not really take the time to provide a quality service. I will spend my money with someone who will listen and is willing to make it right if something doesnt turn out...

Jazmine does both my own personal hair but she also does the hair and makeup for my boudoir clients!

As a photographer I look for someone who makes my clients feel at ease and taken care of, as well as delivering the look that they want! She does this every time and I am so thankful to have her as a recommended team-mate!

As a person apart from my business she always nails the look I am going for my hair color and cut! She is a joy to talk to during every appointment and I always leave loving how I look!
