The customer service here is awesome. Because the menu is very broad and complex (they sell a surprising range), you'll have plenty of questions. The server answered everything happily and easily. She multi-tasked so even though some of our items took a while, she was cranking out the entire order reasonably quickly. The ice cream quality is stellar. The water-based ices were my favorite. We were surprised that the freaky shake came in a glass jar that you take home at the end. (Mostly because you'll probably only eat half of it in the store, anyway, as they're big.) I've been to this place more times than I can count. In the beginning, it was absolutely phenomenal—the ice cream was chewy, soft, and bursting with flavor. It was easily some of the best I’d ever had.

But in the past few weeks, the quality has taken a sharp dive. My favorite flavors, once so rich and smooth, have become icy, grainy, and disappointing. I kept coming back, hoping it was just a fluke—a bad day, an off batch. I gave them a second chance, even a third. But each time, they let me down again.
