Great product, but very frustrating when you call in your order for Valentine's Day and tell them this is the only thing your wife wants for Valentine's Day, but doesn't know she's getting it. They assure you it will make it for Valentine's Day so you place your $50 order....nothing shows up on Valentine's Day, so you call in and are told it won't be here until the next day, because it didn't make the cutoff time. Should the person on the phone have told me it was after the cutoff time? I would have been willing to pay more for 2 day shipping or not placed my order and purchased something locally instead of getting home from work on Valentine's Day empty handed after telling my wife she has a surprise coming later in the day. Our local 4H youth take flyers around to many local businesses with Info on the 4H livestock auction. My boys took in a flyer to Caramel tree and they wouldn’t even accept the flyer, they didn’t have the decency to be kind and put it in the trash when they left. What irks me is all the other businesses in the area are kind and listen and support our youth. Many send in donation money for each kid, many actually come to the sale and purchase animals. I’m sure they get tired of kids bringing in flyers and asking for support too, but they are still decent humans. They get no benefit from these kids. However Caramel tree benefits more than most businesses in Rigby. Do you know how many kids buy buyer thank yous from Caramel tree? A LOT! And you can’t even be bothered with accepting a flyer? We have been costumers of Carmel tree since they opened. We always loved their stuff and even buy Christmas boxes full of goodies every year for people we love! Unfortunately I’m sad to say i don’t think we will be shopping there anymore. We were planning on doing our yearly Carmel tree boxes this year but was sad to find out that they aren’t affordable anymore for what they give you. Their prices now are quite ridiculous so much i asked if they could put together a cheaper box and they said they could which was great but unfortunately all i could get was 1- caramel apple, 1- caramel pouch, 1- pretzel, 1 -krispy for $30.
