I recently had an exceptional experience with Prime Imaging Battlefield. Despite the unique challenge of having an NFC RFID chip implanted in my left hand, the staff worked diligently to accommodate my needs without compromising the quality of the imaging process, or my well being.
Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my visit.
The level of personalized care I received was truly remarkable. They demonstrated a genuine commitment to working with me, tailoring their approach to account for my specific situation. This kind of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated.
I wholeheartedly recommend Prime Imaging Battlefield to anyone in need of diagnostic services. They have earned my trust and a well-deserved five-star rating for their outstanding service and unwavering commitment to patient care.
Special shout out to Teresa for understanding my unique situation and really digging to make sure they could safely provide the support I need. Brittany, for having to deal with insurance and making my payment effortless. And Isaac, for making me feel comfortable and ensuring that the Imaging was done as painless and comfortably as possible. Read moreUpon arrival the older lady at front desk was very rude with a zero personality. The intake lady was very nice and made every effort to made this step with her flow easy. The gentleman performing the MRI was nice and explained everything. So after this procedure was complete I ask when could I pick up disk and report. They said in 48 hours. I was fine with that. Today's date is December 10th. 2024 And the call and message just left on a recorder associated with Prime imaging on Battlefield Parkway is the 5 th. Message since they informed me to wait the 48 hours before calling them. The recording gives a prompt to push and the girls voice instructions says leave a detailed message. This has been done and I have not received my report or the disk. I need this to take to another appointment on the 14th. This is unprofessional and unacceptable . Especially since I personally retired from the Health Field. I will not have another imaging preformed at this location. If this is what our Health Care has evolved into we as patients are in serious trouble. Like I said me or my family and friends will not use this inadequate...
Read moreNice and new facility and friendly staff, but a strong WARNING to those not in the know... they perform IV iodine needle sticks (nothing wrong with that per se) and market it like its normal procedure and "part of the normal processing" for a MRI.
BEWARE is this optional and not necessary when getting a MRI. This is nothing but slick marketing and "forced up-selling" the patient (and your insurance company)(kinda like what new car dealerships would do with the "security glass etching" from the 90's).
How its presented (when they give you a courtesy call and then the paperwork to fill out) one would automatically assume "this is how it is"... ummm, NO!
I questioned it and told them I did not need or want the IV stuck in my wrist or elbow for a shoulder MRI. They easily changed it. My out of pocket expense went from $690.00 to $450.00. Again, you may want it or your doctors office may request the IV but IT IS NOT NECESSARY. Once again, if you don't question, then your going to be taken to the cleaners ! Everything else...
