I started bringing my son to this barbershop because my co-worker got his haircut by Youssef and he did an excellent job and I won’t take that from him. However, he does not respect your time, meaning, if you have an appointment, you still wait for hours. Not only that, but he allows his “boys” that walk in with no appointment hop in front of you and act as if they do have one but you can tell he doesn’t by the dialect; “This is my 130 appointment” Friend: “I don’t have time to wait.” Then he looks over to us and say I got one more in front of you. He takes advantage of the fact that we pay a deposit and know we won’t just leave. There’s no reason we should have to wait over an hour for a 7 year Old’s haircut. It took a lot of times of him doing this to decide that we will not be coming back! Today my son was in there and he’s trying on jewelry, talking, and laughing and plus, once again my son had people in front of him and this was well after his appointment time. We’re done. I am a big customer service person and he has no respect for his regular clients nor their time. My husband and I are over it! If you don’t mind waiting hours for a haircut that you have an appointment for, then I say allow him to cut your hair but if so...I WOULD NOT BOOK WITH YOUSSEF! He thinks just because he’s a celebrity barber that his “regular” clients aren’t worthy of time efficiency! We’re already paying $20 plus tip for a kids cut that takes 15 minutes. Why should we have to wait over an hour?! That’s just bad...
Read moreIts sad for me to say this but as a black community we have to do better. This place should not be in business this is the 1st time I have been discriminated against by my own people (which should not be surprising). To walk in just to get a hair cut and as a walk in I was told to sign up and someone will be with me and yet to have barbers not willing or wanting to cut my hair as if I am disgusting peeing not appealing to the eye, being a black gay man and to be treated this way when I simply came in to get a hair cut. I WILL NEVER SUSGEST THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE . it's no wonder we as a black community never succeeded in life . I dont have to go into a white community to experience discrimination I can simply come to the neighborhood ...
Read moreI’ve been coming here ever since my man Q first got his chair !! The shop is easy to find and the parking is right in front of the shop. I suggest you find a barber you like and start setting appointments, because walk ins will pile up and you’ll be waiting behind set appointments. Most of the barbers in there are talented, but I recommend Q. Ask for him or follow him on Instagram @AlmightyQoncept and check out his work. It’s one thing to be a barber but he’s an artist that’s a barber as well. Takes him time with ever cut and will have you looking right in a...
