I moved into this apartment complex on May 17th, and it has been something everyday. As of today, June 2nd, I still have no working AC. Upon moving in, I discovered the apartment lacks smart features, which I was not informed about until the day I arrived. But only after i asked and was told ill see a credit. But why charge me for it in the 1st place if the smart feature wasn't available? The kitchen sink was leaking (fixed on the first day), but the dishwasher was filthy and not leveled. The toilet seat was loose, and although they eventually replaced it, they left a mess behind. Maintenance did not clean up after themselves, which is highly unprofessional. I've never lived somewhere where I had to clean up after the maintenance people. The refrigerator started making a loud rumbling noise a few days later. They came and took out the ice machine but left some frozen food on top of the refrigerator which I had no choice but to throw out. It was fish. My bedroom door doesn't close or lock, the bathroom vent fan is broken, and the AC still does not work. I put in a maintenance request for the AC on move-in day and spoke to them in person about it. The heat made it impossible to stay in the apartment on Friday and Saturday. Sunday night, I had no choice but to return and ended up sleeping with a neck fan. Despite putting in three emergency requests for the AC, it still wasn't fixed. I received a call at midnight on Sunday night saying it would be taken care of, but by Monday night, nothing had changed. On Tuesday morning, I was informed that a window unit would be installed until the new AC unit arrived. The window unit only fits in the bedroom, providing hardly any airflow to the rest of the apartment. Do to it not being put in the window properly pest have climbed though (they fixed it May 31st, we'll, put some sort of foil around the open areas. The days I do stay, I have to leave by 9 am because it gets unbearably hot. I couldn't even unpack my things due to the heat. The window unit is loud, making it hard to sleep, and the two ceiling fans are insufficient. I asked for floor fans, but they didn’t have any. It's not my responsibility to provide proper airflow in an apartment I'm paying for. I have asthma and woke up twice struggling to breathe. I requested a rent adjustment for June because I can't stay in the apartment, and when I do, I have to come late and leave early. I was told the adjustment would be less than $100 because other units also have broken ACs. This is unacceptable; multiple units without AC should have been checked before my move-in day. It's summer in Georgia. EVERYONE should have AC! Still, no adjustments has been made at all to my rent. Why am I paying full rent when I can really only sleep here?? Additionally, I discovered two broken cabinets, and I haven't been able to unpack or do much in the kitchen due to the heat. I had to buy my own fan just to put things away in the kitchen. The complex could be decent if it weren't for the carelessness. There is paint on the floors and over the light switches from a poor repainting job. They should have taped up the switches and protected the floors. I know I've been a bother to Mrs. Chyna, and I recognize that these issues aren't her fault, but things should be done properly. This place has potential, but the lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable. I've only met Chyna and 2 of the maintenance crew. They are all very nice and seem like good people. I know I'm not the only tenant with issues here but again, somethings are just unacceptable.

They drink and smoke on the porch and I feel like a prisoner in my own apartment. The grounds of the complex is always a mess. Abandon cars are on the property. The so called security gate is ALWAYS broken but yet that is one of the features they like to advertise. Dogs roam freely and use the bathroom everywhere and their owners do not clean up behind them. My son and I had to jump on my car because a random dog was running down the street while the owner was just walking and talking on the phone. Music blasts all time of day and night. The so called “courtesy officer” doesn’t do anything. Do not waste your time calling the office because no one ever answers the phone nor do they return voicemails. I have mold in my apartment that I have been trying to get treated for almost a year. A guy came out and stated that the ventilation is horrible in this apartment and until the ventilation is corrected the mold will always grow. The plumbing under my kitchen sink is always leaking and under the sink is falling apart. I have maintenance requests from MONTHS ago that hasn’t been addressed. This complex has went down hill and the living conditions are unacceptable. Trash is always piled up and they allow trash to stay out on the porch. When they “clean” an apartment they don’t clean up the mess they leave behind. If I could leave 0 stars or negative stars I would. I pay almost$ $1900 a month for a 2 bed 2 bath and this complex looks like squatters live here. The only positive thing about this place is Chyna. She seems to be sympathetic to my concerns but there isn’t anything that she can do. My advise for anyone looking for a rental is to stare far away from this Hell on Earth.

I am posting here because I cannot get anywhere with management or corporate. I have been living here and have been a great tenant. Since living here management has changed numerous times and each time things have gotten progressively worse. I have complained about the neighbors smoking weed which enters my apartment and makes it unbearable and I was told that they are allowed to do whatever it is they want in their apartment. They drink and smoke on the porch and I feel like a prisoner in my own apartment. The grounds of the complex is always a mess. Abandon cars are on the property. The so called security gate is ALWAYS broken but yet that is one of the features they like to advertise. Dogs roam freely and use the bathroom everywhere and their owners do not clean up behind them. My son and I had to jump on my car because a random dog was running down the street while the owner was just walking and talking on the phone. Music blasts all time of day and night. The so called “courtesy officer” doesn’t do anything. Do not waste your time calling the office because no one ever answers the phone nor do they return voicemails. I have mold in my apartment that I have been trying to get treated for almost a year. A guy came out and stated that the ventilation is horrible in this apartment and until the ventilation is corrected the mold will always grow. The plumbing under my kitchen sink is always leaking and under the sink is falling apart. I have maintenance requests from MONTHS ago that hasn’t been addressed. This complex has went down hill and the living conditions are unacceptable. Trash is always piled up and they allow trash to stay out on the porch. When they “clean” an apartment they don’t clean up the mess they leave behind. If I could leave 0 stars or negative stars I would. I pay almost$ $1900 a month for a 2 bed 2 bath and this complex looks like squatters live here. The only positive thing about this place is Chyna. She seems to be sympathetic to my concerns but there isn’t anything that she can do. My advise for anyone looking for a rental is to stare far away from this Hell on Earth.

I must say that I am glad to say I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Wendy today. My experience with her was very pleasant, welcoming and professional. She was very knowledgeable of everything and she answered any questions I had. The apartments are really nice. Hopefully everything will go well and I can move in soon. If everything does go well and as planned I will also update my review.

I wanted to update my review. I love everything about these apartments and wanted to call this place home, but I have decided not to move to these apartments. I been trying to get information on when a 1bedroom apartments will be available. Every time I get in touch with someone they never really have a answer and they'll tell you to call back in a hr or next week and still tells me the same thing. What done it for me is that I didn't care for the office manager (Jamal). He seem unprofessional, untrustworthy, and don't seem to know much about the apartments. Neither does he have time for the customers. If your job is too much for you then maybe you should try a different career . Also, a couple days ago I had call a little after 9am and asked about the apartment. Jamal had got my name and number and said that he had to check his files and he would give me a call back. I never received a call. So I call the next day and they told me to call back in a hr I waited a couple hrs to give them some time. They then tell me that the office manager rented out the apartment yesterday. Which is the day I called and he said he would call me back. After I been calling for weeks trying to get into a 1bedroom . So I am still looking for a new home. I have another place in mind which is much bigger. So maybe that'll be a better situation. Just like they say everything happens...
