Kung Fu Wings — Restaurant in Riverdale

I called 2 weeks ago to do my order I’ve been coming to this place for years since I moved to Riverdale so that’s been 7 years now ,I called to order a dish called chicken with Chinese vegetables and make it spicy the guy who answered my call said he didn’t understand what I was saying I said it again and he continued telling me he didn’t understand what I was talking about to what I mentioned you guys did change the owners didn’t you he said no she’s still here she’s just not here today I said no she’s not otherwise you would understand what I’m ordering because this is a dish I’ve been buying for years so there’s no way you can’t understand what I’m asking for… I’m not disappointed by the owners been changed because I had went there previously and it was very obvious is not the same owner anymore and I asked but they said no she’s just not here today but her cook is here so I went ahead and still got my wings that day and the food was still good so no problem at all, I was like as long as the food still tastes the same I don’t care who the owner is this is still my spot but after this person making me feel as if I don’t know how to speak or act as if I’m speaking a language he doesn’t understand and continued saying that no he didn’t understand me I can’t come back he was very rude all he had to say was we are not going to continue selling certain dishes and the one you ordered is one of them instead of talking to me the way he did I used to come every 2-3 weeks we’re a family of 6 we would spend $100+ also my siblings parents nieces etc we would all come to this place but I can’t continue giving people my money where they make me...

I FOUND A MAGGOT IN MY FOOD! DO NOT EAT HERE! The kind elderly woman behind the glass takes the maggot out, squishes it, and tried to tell me it was a sesame seed while also denying me a refund. It was my first time trying the food bcuz I saw on the Google reviews that they have positive feedback. However, this experience was extremely unpleasant and I would never suggest that anyone patronize them or purchase from them ever. She also tried to tell me that they had been in business for 10 years as if that changes the fact that they have a score of 80 on their food health inspection certificate. I took a chance and paid for it dearly. The food was very tasty minus the maggot but I will never be returning as a result of this experience leaving a bad taste in my mouth. 😂 So sad this experience had to turn out this way. It was really a pleasant experience and decent customer service until I tried to return the food and was met with combative excuses. Unfortunately, I expected as much from people who take our money but don't respect the customer. I'm sure you all will have many more years of success without having to cater to customers who have unpleasant experiences. Especially ones who drive from 30mins away just to see what the hype is all about. DO NOT EAT HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER! I'll be posting this everywhere possible that they are listed. Enjoy!

I recently visited Kung Fu Wings in Riverdale, GA with high hopes after learning about their delicious menu. However, my experience was not as pleasant as I had anticipated. Despite checking their website beforehand, which indicated that they were open until 9:00 PM, I arrived to find the establishment closed.

As a customer, it was disappointing and frustrating to find that my time and effort were wasted due to incorrect information displayed on their website. It’s essential for businesses to ensure that their operating hours are accurately updated online to avoid inconveniences and customer dissatisfaction.

I hope that Kung Fu Wings takes immediate action to rectify this issue and improve their communication regarding their operating hours. It’s important for them to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide accurate information to avoid similar situations...
