Iâve been going to Lightweight Fitness for a while now and I can say this gym has immensely changed my life for the better. I was overweight & overwhelmed before I decided to join & with the help of the personal trainers there at Lightweight Fitness, they helped transform more me into a lean, muscled-out machine with a stronger mentality & confidence to try new challenges.
My favorite quality about Lightweight Fitness is the guided approach the trainers give for their clients while working out. It cuts out all the worry & insecurity that comes with working out on your own. (Am I doing this correctly? Is this a waste of time? Etc...)
Some things Iâve have to overcome while working out are being patient about the results and goals I want to accomplish & being disciplined enough to follow the recommended diet plan thatâs recommended. However the fine folks at Lightweight Fitness keep you accountable by tracking your progress periodically & giving out support when needed.

   Read moreThe best of the best! My experience at Lightweight Fitness has been awesome since day one. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and they train with a purpose. I started training with Kaylon in October 2018, and it is now June 2019; within that time frame I've lost about 60 lbs! He provided me with top notch workouts, a meal plan, and the motivation you expect from a trainer. As long as you put in the effort and follow the plan, the results are indisputable. I also really like the fact that people go to Lightweight and actually workout; no posers, just work. I've had the pleasure of working out with Lindsay and Chris when my trainer couldn't make it, and the quality stays the same. They've all had a hand in shaping my experience and my fat @$$, lol.
