VERY RUDE ! VERY RUDE ! I went in for a iPhone 6 screen repair , and he took my serial number and other numbers for a screen , that was extra and no need for that , I paid and left my phone there for a week and I called him to see if it was ready and he said the screen wasn't here yet , that it might be here tomorrow . So I called him the next day and he said," It wasn't here yet and Please Stop calling me I will call you once it's here" in an aggressive tone . The next day he then called me and said it was ready , one week later after the fix the screen started to come off the edges and the bottom , then I went in and asked him why is it coming off ? He said let me see and I gave him my phone and he tried with full force trying to pop the screen back in place , and then my phone didn't want to function after that so he took the screen off and put glue inside on the edges to hold the screen down , my phone was still on while he did this and then my home button was VERY LOOSE from him pressing on it so hard , and then it worked and the screen was in place but with glue coming out the edges . He told me that sometimes when you drop your phone there's sometimes no good repairs for it , 😑😑😑 so I left after that , and then a month later my screen completely fell off ( I didn't drop it )and didn't bother to go there so I went to Perez Computer Repairs and he fixed with NO PROBLEMS , my screen isn't coming...
Read moreIF I COULD GIVE MINUS 100 Stars I would ! I contacted this merchant to fix my PSU that connects to my desktop. At first the owner stated that it could be fixed within a few hours, but when I came in person the owner stated that they did not have the appropriate piece needed for repair in store. They asked if I was willing to wait for the part to come in, I agreed, however they still wanted payment prior too the device getting completed. This Why was I not given the option to pay upon completion. The owner then proceeded to try and sale me a laptop because I Wanted to see how long it would take to get PSU fixed & i quote “IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU DONT HAVE A BACK UP” . He left me with no tracking info for the piece before leaving, so I called four days later to get an update. The merchant cussed at me & yelled for calling for an update & refused to give me any tracking information which only meant he did not order anything & had it the whole time. When I finally received my item two weeks later after stating just a few days, it did not work. I would never shop...

Just the screen and camera. I didn’t demand that I needed it that day I simply wanted to be kept up to date of the status of my phone. He said he didn’t have time to do that. He was rude and dismissive and apparently a liar as well. I’ve checked my account twice today and my refund still has not been issued. I put the phone on my charger after leaving his store and it came on in 5 minutes. Took it somewhere and they also said the port is fine. The issue was his cheap charger and not my charging port that he alluded to. Refund me my money sir. I never wanted a difficult experience just to be kept informed but he has a “I’ll call you “ policy. You can not ask people to pay upfront and provide the service you want to.
