Omg!! I hope the Buffet will open back up. In HOPS, no matter how long you wait, they say serving the bar is 1st priority. As I was waiting to order, I watched someone sit down at the bar AFTER I stood in the line to order. By the time I ordered, he was already eating. The bartender had an attitude. When he took my order and handed back my card I said thank you. He said "you're welcome" in a tone with an attitude because he obviously didn't hear me say thank you. Even after my order was ready he ignored it and three others. And it was intentional because there was a 4th order and they got theirs. When he did finally give me my order, he gave the lady AFTER me hers first. And she politely told him I was before her. Then he hands me mine. I get home. The container with the gravy was on top of my green beans. I don't know where that container has been. The mashed potatoes were underneath the chicken on top of my toast. Seriously!!!! I came to the Argosy today to play for awhile but unfortunately my time only last 19 mins. I walked in with 1500 bucks I sat down on a dragon link machine. I decided I was going to count my spins till I get a bonus. Well I counted 289 spins and never got one single bonus and I ran out of money. So with $1500 bucks at $5 a spin I could not get one single bonus. That seems very strange. They are remodeling so I guess that means the machines are going to be horrible. I play these same machines at Harrahs and Ballys and I’ve never went through so much money and so many spins without a bonus.    Read moreI booked a room for new years eve online in October, only to be to notified at the end of November that our reservation was booked in error and that our reservation has been canceled and now have to find other arrangements. The hotel states that it was a computer error and there is nothing to be done about it. This information is only provided after multiple attempts to contact the hotel manager. It was also stated to me that no matter what room type you select, if they don't have that room available, they can downgrade your room and are not required to compensate the customer.
