I have been wanting to add some audio to my car since I have owned it but I am incredibly picky about who works on it, being out of the audio game for so long I knew it was beyond my abilities to install a system the caliber I want so I started doing my research and landed with Matt Bennett and CSM. They have done window tint and back up camera and other accessories on other vehicles and after talking with them I felt more than comfortable that they would take care of my baby, and they even seemed enthusiastic to take on the project! I told them what I wished for in a system and let them go to work.

We ended up with a full Hertz system that is absolutely incredible, they took into consideration keeping weight down when choosing subs and box material, the details on the box were an awesome surprise, and the install is clean and car show worthy for sure. But let's get to what matters...

Paid nearly 1200 for a new head unit, backup camera and install. A year later I returned to let them know the radio bracket they installed broke. Guy looked at me puzzled and said this has never happened before, that I must have been pushing the buttons too hard. I rarely use the radio at all. They fix the issue. About a year later the very same thing happens again. As well, my back up camera mount had rusted out and the poor installation method allowed the camera to fall off the vehicle. These guys display very poor workmanship. I went back in to schedule another appointment and they put me out 2 weeks. The guy in front of me had just canceled his appointment. Taking it to another stereo dealership, they look into my problems and discover the radio bracket was installed incorrectly. The camera was run very poorly under the exterior of the vehicle.
