Where do I begin 😅 Slightly rude greeting. Was asked what I was there for, I said I had an appt for acrylic set (I was 5 minutes early), and was told “okay”. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to be seen. Lady did not soak off my nails, she used a crusty acrylic tip that was not new to peel them off. When that didn’t work, she’d use her OWN NAIL to try to take it off. It was pretty painful to say the least. Cuticle prep was almost nonexistent. There was no hand/cuticle care whatsoever. When she was filing down the tips on the side, she was rubbing my cuticles raw as well. I had to pull my hand away 3-4 times. There is so much I could say about the atrocity that is the nails themselves but this would go on forever. I’ll let my pictures do the talking. I’m really not one to complain but when I started speaking up for myself, she got a bit of an attitude and would repeat herself a few times to justify her actions even though she was making mistakes or doing things I did not like. Overall very disappointed. I almost cried because it took so long and they are quite possibly the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention I have cured base/top coat and polish on my cuticles which is a big nail health no no as it can lead to irritation or infection. Be warned!

P.S. the salon itself is not clean nor hygienic by any means. It is a combo nail/hair salon and the gentleman doing the haircuts was asleep in one of the chairs upon arrival. Not very...

I came here because all the reviews are great. These people commenting must not have very high standards. I walked in and sat down for a few moments. I got a rude look from two employees who didn’t even bother to say hello. I don’t care how good their prices are a friendly staff goes a long way. The place seems a bit out dated aswell. If I could give 0 stars I would I honestly don’t know how this place got 5 stars . Scheduled my pedi for 515 , I was early of course but still wasn’t seen for 20 mins . Lady was rough w my cuticles and I kept having to pull away from her . Was charged for a full Pedicure when they didn’t even do a callus remover. I will never recommend them Or...
