I recently tried Toasted for the first time, and overall, I really enjoyed it! The food, coffee, and matcha were all delicious. I ordered the pesto eggs and the breakfast croissant sandwich.
The pesto eggs came with potatoes and a side of sourdough. The sourdough bread was amazing—freshly baked, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside—definitely a 10/10. Unfortunately, the potatoes were undercooked. They tasted like they were half-boiled and then just warmed up. I tried a few pieces and they all had the same hard, slightly raw texture, so I ended up not eating them. I'd rate the whole pesto eggs dish about a 5/10 mainly because of that.
The croissant sandwich was delicious—flaky, buttery, and well put together. I also tried their blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookie, and both were super tasty—fresh and flavorful. Perfect sweet treats.
The cafe is located in a small shopping center across from Harvest Church, in the same plaza as Stater Bros. It’s easy to miss since the sign is small, but worth finding. There are only about 5 tables inside, so seating is very limited. We got lucky and grabbed a table just as someone was leaving. A lot of people seemed to order to-go because there’s not much room to sit.
Service was quick and efficient, especially with drinks and orders. I’ll definitely be going back, and next time I’ll just ask them to make sure the potatoes are fully cooked. Other than that, everything...

You would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't order the "2 Fried Pesto Eggs" for your first visit. If you're a little heat shy, just ask them to go light on the chili pepper flakes. Over medium was perfect with the dish.
We also got the Garden Toast. I really appreciated the fact that the avocado didn't have that weird unripe taste and texture. My husband couldn't get enough of the rosemary garlic bread that it came on. Other than the balsamic, there wasn't a lot of oomph flavor to it, and I wish it had just a little bit more... something... as it's one of the only veggie-intensive eats.
THE LATTES!!! Here me out... the Rosemary Orange Latte was a refreshing flavor combo. Sounds crazy, but mmm nom. My husband enjoyed the Campfire (though at first glance we both thought it might have toasted marshmallow and chocolate). It's lavender and mint. Now I love Lavender in my lattes, but I couldn't get around the combination reminding me of...
