If there was an option to leave 0 star I would. I will never do business with Aarons again due to the service received at the Riverton location. We leased a couch in May it broke in June the back wood piece snapped I called and asked if there was any sort of a warranty on it and they said that since we were leasing they would fix it so they came and picked it up. The guys that picked it up said it looked like the staples had cracked the wood. Well fast forward almost 2 months later I have called a few times to get an update and the manager Antonia kept telling me how bad of a break it was and how something had to happen to of happened to it which is not the case at all and I don't appreciate being accused of breaking my couch and trying to get it fixed for free not only did she say this once but multiple times every time we talked. I could feel the couch starting to give until it completely broke. It finally is fixed I was told that they could not have it delivered until Tuesday because they were short handed which is totally understandable. We got to thinking a bout it and we called to see if we could just come pick it up after being without our couch for so long the guy on the phone said that should be fine and if there was a problem he would call us and let us know. We go into today to pick it up and he tells us that it is actually not at the store it is at the place being fixed and they had not gone to pick it up yet. We were clearly frustrated and left the store. On the way home I get a call from Antonia saying that she had just missed us and she managed to once again accuse me of breaking the couch saying that the place that is fixing it even said that something had to of happened to It, she also kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk and tell her what had happened that we were told we could come get our couch, she said that she had told this other employee that we could not come get the couch because it was not at the store yet but he did not call us to relay that message. I understand that it takes time for these things but I also had to call for any update I had received and 2 weeks after they came and got it I called and Antonia had not even looked at it yet. I am extremely frustrated with the outcome and the lack of communication on Aarons part along with the multiple accusations about us...
Read morePurchased a mattress & foundation in July of 2024. Note, this transaction was conducted via telephone as I reside in Thermopolis, Wy. Explained to salesperson the monthly payment would be made on the 3rd of each month when I recieved my retirement deposit & have done so monthly beginning in Sept 2024. Prior to the Sept 3rd I recieved a phone from the same salesperson informing me the payment was due Sept 1st. I reiterated what I'd originally explained wnen making the purchase in July. The salesperson, Percy informed me there would be no problem, adding he was noting it on my account. However every .month since then I have recieved a phone call from another salesperson, Antonia inquiring re my payment being due on the 1st & when would I be making payment. After reitetating once again w/ her, Antonia stated she understood & would note it on my acct. Apparently she did not. For I just recieved a phone call from Antonia this evening, 11/26/24 @ 6 pm asking when I would be making payment since Dec 1st is a Sunday. Once more I reiterated re paying on the 3rd of the month, adding this is harrassment. Upon asking re the alleged notation Antonia stated was none & couldn't say why. I have faithfully paid online the 3rd of each month since purchasing my bed. I am a senior citizen who lives month to month on my retirement. Which is why when I needed a new bed I purchased via rent to own because I couldn't gotten one any other way. In conclusion, I will faithfully continue making monthly payments the 3rd of each month until my bed is fully paid for. But I would not recommend doing business w/ Aaron's in Riverton, Wy due to their treatment of their customers. I have also emailed a complaint to Riverton Better Business Bureau & myexperience@aaron's.com. Shame on you Aaron's for treating anyone this way. Especially senior citizens. Janice L Brewer...
Read moreWorst service I have ever had from Aarons. I have had nothing but problems since I started with them. The Gm Antoina is the absolute worst. Not only does she think it is okay to threaten her customers and raise her voice over the phone. She never returns calls within a reasonable amount of time if she returns them at all, she changed the contract that we discussed making my monthly payments more then agreed upon, then said the previous store I did business with gave me a bad report (this not true I have talked to them several times since this disaster started.) and has yet to send someone to check the furniture we have called in to be inspected for the warranty. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone I was told they were shut down for Covid reasons (which I understand) but no one could bother to pick up the phone to let us know they would not be sending someone out. I only found out almost a month after they were scheduled to show up because I continued to call. From my understanding they are not a corporate store they are a franchise, which mean the corporate rules do not apply so she is just trashing the Aarons name in my opinion. To top it all off no one can seem to get me the regional managers information to report any of this. I was told by another store in the area that I wasn't the first to call and complain about them. I am not shocked and hate to say that I will not be doing any more business with this company in the furture due to this and I am sure she will put false information in my account when...
