I ordered some KFC for my family last night. Upon pulling up to the order intercom, I was immediately met with some rude toned employee asking me what I wanted. I wanted to brush it off, but I didn't really (I'll get to why in a second). I asked for what I always get my family: 12 piece original recipe bucket of chicken with the two sides. I'm told they can't make that order that way for whatever reason and that it'd take about 25 minutes if I wanted the chicken that way. I figured ok. I'll get us a different style of chicken. But we get to the drive through window and after I pay for the food, its pretty much ready. And it's the one I originally asked for. I'd call that a win, but the problem was the rude tone and general unfriendliness of the employees. To top it all off, the biscuits were severely undercooked and still doughy.
Its a fast food joint. That's usually understandable. Here's the "BUT". This is the third time in a row I've come to this KFC and had the same bad experience. Prior to last night, I told myself that if this happens again, I would not be returning to this KFC for awhile if ever again. Me and my family's experience with the place has been on a downhill slope for the past few months and we're not the only ones who've been having a bad time with this place. Read morePlaced my order of over $105 at 12:40 to have it ready by 7:30 this evening. Went to pick it up and they said they ran out of biscuits and we only got 8 instead of 16, plus no butter or jam . Then we get the food home which was for a birthday party and NO gravy which we ordered 4 of them. Called the store and the manager said he forgot to add the gravy. No excuses for this. Needless to say I was not happy, he told me he would but my name on the white board, I told him not to add my name because they would do something to my food the next time I cone in, FYI I will NEVER EVER spend another penny at this place again. I know a lot of people and I will pass the word what HORRIBLE SERVICE this was, especially when I place the order almost SEVEN hours ahead of time. What Incompetent people working there, really disappointed in KFC and the manager what a joke. When I prepay over $105 for food and they mess it up that’s unacceptable, we live out of town and asked if the manager if he could bring it to us and he said no he could not. Read moreI went through the drive thru just a little bit ago and there was a car that had pulled ahead and I assumed they were waiting for something. All seemed fine and I received what I thought was my order and everything going well until I got home. I paid for chicken strip dinner, $25.75, and got a pot pie. I called to talk to them and the young man on the phone was wanting me to come back but I told him I lived quite a ways out of town and wasn’t coming back to town. Apparently they can only fix it if you can come back right then. I asked him what a pot pie cost and he said about 5 bucks and I replied, “that was my issue, I paid 25 dollars for a 5 dollar pie”. He was quite curt and made it appear that it was my fault for not coming back. I told him I would be in town tomorrow and come talk to the manager. He hung up. I ate the pot pie and no complaints about the food, just the service. It’s not rocket science, they can either compensate me with something of equal value, money or food, minus the pot pie.
