Pony Expresso — Restaurant in Riverton

I moved here a couple of months ago and have been trying out different coffee shops, and this one has quickly become a favorite. It’s usually busy, but somehow still the fastest—I never wait in line as long as I expect or have for other places, even when it looks packed.

Their bagel sandwiches are so good, and I was told they even make their own cream cheeses, which is a huge plus. They have a big variety of drinks, and the service is always great—the baristas are very friendly and actually take the time to ask how your day is going, or something along those lines.

Bonus: they add glitter to drinks, which my daughter absolutely loves. Between the great service, the drink options, and the little fun touches like that, I’d definitely recommend checking...

What an absolute epitome of perfection for YEARS. There is a reason this business started small and has grown big:

Food: Quality made food in a reasonable time frame. I can't say I've ever had anything bad, and I can say 99% of what I have had (since 2015) has been outstanding.

Service: You can tell the staff knows they're doing awesome. Smiles around, friendly, and helpful. Props to the owner, it's obvious you're treating the staff correctly as the experience is consistent.

Bonus points: Pricing! For how gosh darn good everything is the pricing is shocking, in a good way. I was blown back when breakfast AND drinks for my wife, 2 kids, and myself was sub $30 (little over with tip).
