Was really excited to try. Got there about 1:30. Lunch rush had died down so wasn't really busy. We were seated right away without a wait. The waiter was very quick to take our drink order as well as food order three lunch plates and an appetizer. After bringing our drinks and soup. He pretty much disappeared. About 15 mins later. One of the lunch trays came out. 7 mins after that. The next lunch tray. 10 mins the last lunch tray. 5 mins later fianlly the appetizer. We asked the waiter when he brought the second lunch plate why it was happening this way he mumbled about talking to the chef's then walked away never to address the situation again. At that point watching the waiter being attentive to the tables around us bringing all food together and watching how absolutely attentive the other wait staff were. I gave up. I caught his attention as he served the table next to us and got to go boxes. He was very quick to bring the bill and have us pay. That's the only time he showed any manners was when he wanted something from us. The food was very good. My waiter seemed to care less...

Why is there no zero star rating??? Placed an order at 5:06 pm, they gave me a total ($92.32!?!) and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. My husband went to pick order up at 5:30–they said they never received the order. Employees fumbled around for approximately 10 minutes trying to find order, magically the order was never placed according to the young gentlemen manning the register. Chopstix managed to call my disclosed phone number at 8:45 explaining to me that:#1. They are closed and #2. My order is ready. When I explained that we are not going to pick up said order that is 3 hours and 9 minutes late—they explained to me that I will no longer be allowed to order from them ever again. Upon further discussion with the manager, she said that she “trusts her guys”and that we are still no longer able to place an order with their facility. The most beautiful end to the story is that we will no longer have to deal with such unprofessional behavior, but also paid 1/16th of a price for our lovely dinner. Thanks...
