Erin says Daniel is the best and Daniel says Erin is the best, and it's all really confusing until you have the flight and realize a few things: My only real complaint is upfront. The flight glasses here are really small plastic cups, 6 together might be one shot (for $18...) and they also don't do a great job of letting you smell it because they're just wide-mouthed cups Vodka is vodka everywhere Caribbean sugarcane rum is good High rye bourbon and roasted barrel rye are both super smooth and tasty Bathtubs make good gin (but don't worry, they make better gin in things that aren't bathtubs because we're not in the 1920s,) Barrel aged is always bettel (but I will always say gin is good because it's the most creative spirit regardless) Michigan makes better cherries than whoever Maraschino contracts with The Brady's are pretty good at the whole distilling thing (please try making a VA apple brandy or an Amaro next!) Erin and Daniel need to realize that the other person plays a vital role in the knife's edge of late night bartender commentary and cleanup, which is like half the reason y'all are regulars somewhere! But seriously yinz are a great team 🥰
In general, stop spending large amounts of money on collector bourbon and support to r local distilleries like these.! Maybe eventually people will even stop making vodka so we can spend our time making flavorful cocktails and spirits, but in the meantime, I'm just happy to see people doing the Lord's work with local alcohol and letting people...
Read moreInitially loved visiting here for a cocktail and buying a bottle of bourbon on special occasions… but really disappointed to recently discover they are listed on an online marketplace called Publicsquare. This site requires businesses to sign pledges to their anti-woke, pro-life, traditional conservative values in order to be listed on their marketplace. Would hope this was some kind of mistake, or the owners were mislead, but will take my business elsewhere going forward in the meantime.
Response to owner: I’ve unfortunately been several times, had some great cocktails and owned several bottles of Accomplice along with a Tom and Jerry mix. I also have only made this singular review in regards to the Public Square marketplace site because Brady’s is the only one that I’ve previously given my patronage to that appeared on it. Your hostile response and blatant fabrication tells me all I needed to know about where your moral compass points. Good luck with your...
Read moreBrian was SUCH a stand up, courteous gentleman that, even though we did not get to try any of their spirits this time around, his character alone will be the reason my husband and I come back down this way when they're fully up and running. Long story short, we were traveling back North in our RV and were looking for a place to lay our heads for the evening. We touched base with Brian via Harvest Host and he was quick to respond saying that although they were not fully operational yet, we were more than welcome to stop over at the distillery for the evening, he just had other obligations and couldn't be there for us to buy a bottle of their bourbon. It was such a kind gesture! Although we ended up pushing thru to get home due to the lack of traffic, we look forward to the next time we're in the area so that we can stop by and patronize their distillery. Thank you again, Brian, for being a wonderful person and offering your...
