The paved parking area just outside the entry gate is large with plenty of parking and space to pull up. Once parked, use one of the four methods shown in the pic by Mr Priscak to check in. I used the text SMS method. Once a door gets opened, a text message is sent to your phone with a confirmation number that you put into the kiosk at the entry gate. The screen will show you a map of where your door is and the door number youāre assigned. Itās a green light, red light, green dock. Open your doors, bump dock, and walk the paperwork down by door 87 for grocery receiving. They donāt let anyone inside so hand the bols to the person outside. There are lumper fees. My trailer was empty within 35 minutes and I was 44K lbs BUT it took them another 2 hours to call me with the lumper fee. Pay with plastic (MC, Visa etc), comdata or tcheck. They no longer have a payment app to download. Itās all taken care of at the receiving office. Fill out the pay form with your pay method and info then walk that back down to the guy standing at the grocery receiving office. My dispatch sent me a ComDataās express code and it took them about 15 minutes to process it. Then walk back to the receiving office to get the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCheck in by scanning a QR code along the fence or at the kiosk at the guard shack.
After checking in wait in your truck for a text with a QR code to scan at the kiosk by the guard shack.
Once you receive the QR code drive up to the guard shack and scan the code. It will tell you which dock door youāre assigned to.
Follow the signs to your dock number.
Once you get to your door break the seal, open the door, place your paperwork in the back of the trailer and back into the dock door.
When you are empty you will receive a text to pay the lumber fee.
After your payment is processed someone will bring your paperwork out to you.
When leaving go back the same way you came in and you will see the sign for the curvy truck exit.
A guard will take your gate pass and you are free to go.
I checked in at 2pm for my 6pm appointment time. I received at text at 4:17pm stating my door was available. At 5:10pm I received a text requesting a payment and I had my paperwork in hand at 5:56pm. I took one star away because they didnāt give instructions on what to do once I got to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrivers avoid this place. Showed up at 17:55 12/13/2020 for an appointment at 19:00. Checked-in at 18:03. I was told to wait for a phone call with a dock number. Waited until 20:28 and received my dock. Got backed into the dock and went and spoke with a gentleman to check-in by door 87. Drivers aren't allowed inside for any reason. The gentleman gave me a lumper slip to fill out because this DC doesn't take paper checks. I started to get unloaded at 20:40 and was done by 21:00. I finally got my BOL at 00:58 12/14/2020. I only had 10 pallets, so it took them almost 4 hours alone to count the product. On your lumper receipt it gives all times for check-in, unloading, etc. Double check the times because my check-in time was wrong due to the guard waiting to actually check me into their system. I checked in at 18:03 but their time stamp states 18:39. I'm an O/O and keep close track of everything. The guards were polite, but the employees are slow. This was a Sunday night for anyone wondering day...
