Worst place ever. The guy BANGS on the door at 315am and asks if we checked in electronically. We say yes. He says, "well I don't have it" and walks back to the shack. I get out WALK OVER THERE and show him my screen that says I checked in. He says, "well I only have 3, which on is yours?" Showing me the tablet. I point to the load we have and he says "well that's not your phone number, is it?" YES. YES IT IS. Mind you, he NEVER asked me to confirm my phone number! I said "I don't see how I'm 'not checked in' if it is RIGHT THERE ON YOUR TABLET! He then says "ok, I guess you're checked in". Got a door at 357 am...they unloaded a couple of pallets and now NOTHING FOR 4 HOURS. No office to go into, nobody to ask for an update. I would give 0 stars if it were an option the BIGGEST JOKE EVER in the history of Trucking. Arrived 10 hrs early at 6Pm checked in via the dumb electronic checking at 10pm for my 4am delivery Sat in front of quard shack all night 6am-630am finally was called for a door. They told my broker I was 2 hrs late. At a door from 6am took hrs to u load 15000 lbs of boxed flowers last forklift left my truck about 0930 but from 0800-0930 there were no forklifts in my truck as if they took a break or something. Now according to there app I'm completed and finished but still sitting at a door at 1130am waiting for paperwork. Wasted 9 hours and whole Monday!!!!

I would rate my experience is -2 if I could. Arrived according to the appointment time at 6 AM I was at the gate; check-in doesn’t work, security people don’t do the check-in -it’s done remotely. Had to wait on phone for 20 minutes to be checked in! 3 hours after 6 AM they finally assigned me a door where i sat for 4+ hours.
