I usually enjoy coming to this Dutch Bros location, but my visit this past Wednesday around 10:30–10:40 AM was genuinely disappointing. The customer service was honestly terrible. When I pulled up to the window,— the employees were too busy joking around with each other. I understand people can have off days, but even simpl acknowledging me would’ve gone a long way.What really upset me was one of the workers spraying her coworker with a water nozzle, and it ended up splashing onto me and into my car. No one noticed, no one said sorry, and the window was left open the entire time. I left feeling completely ignored and disrespected. I even said “thank you” before driving off, and not one person said anything back. The vibe was absolutely not it. I came in excited to start my morning on a high note, but being around the energy of the staff that day genuinely lowered my vibration. It felt careless, unprofessional, and off-putting. T whole experience made me feel like I wasn’t even valued as a customer. I’ve had great experiences here before, so this was really disappointing. Read moreI want to celebrate Selah and Reese 💙 I ordered my drink then proceed to explain how last time I came the coffee tasted burnt and it was annoying— to encourage them to please not give me coffee that’s been sitting out in a humorous way. I went to pay and I realized I completely didn’t bring my wallet so I just asked for a water for my son who just finished BJJ class. They blessed me with a drink to make up for the last one and I’m really grateful because I was so annoyed I forgot my wallet and would had had to hurry home and drive back before I went to my third job. lol thank you ladies

Read moreI love this location only because I can order drinks and they don’t bombard me to conversation… but the past two days have been disappointing.
I’ve gotten my orders wrong twice and when informed drinks should not be black not green tea, or size is wrong, I feel bad about it and end up paying extra for the correct size and still keeping a drink I don’t need.
I shouldn’t have paid for the correct drink size but I also do genuinely feel bad if my order was not put in correctly and it’s obvious that the barista is in distress.
I get that they’re very busy in the morning, and they definitely need an extra pair of hand to help them out… I just think they should be more patient with themselves and not rush because it does...
