Read moreThere’s a deal going on for a Samsung tablet for $20 & another $20 to activate a line. Samantha poked my eyes out and charged me for a case WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME!! It came out to $74.11 and didn’t give me my receipt that had the details on it. She only gave me the debit sale receipt. I was so pissed because she even lied when i went back and said in order to get the deal you had to buy an accessory. It was not until i talked to a friend to see how much the same girl Samantha charged her and it was only $20! Then after analyzing my receipt and bringing it up to the manager, she completely denies everything and swears up and down that she explained what she was charging me for, which was completely false and I had a witness with me! I even asked for the owner and she gave excuses and said she would have to contact him which would take several days.
