Property manager is a major problem. She shows lack of professionalism and confidentiality when it comes to residents private issues they share with her. Property manager shares these private issues with everyone living at this complex. Numerous complaints have been made and police reports have been file against her for harassment towards a resident. She pushed this resident in her office in front of this residents children. She displays lack of respect for the children living there. Several parents have heard her cussing using the F word while these children are outside playing. When this property manager is in a bad mood, she will take it out on certain residents there. Police have been called because the property manager was seen outside physically fighting with a resident that is the ex girlfriend of the maintenance man. This apt boasts that they provide a safe environment for children, when in fact this is the total opposite. Alot of the children are scared of her due to her style of management. My daughter was toremented and harassed by the property manager numerouse times and had no choice but to break her lease because of this ongoing act. The property manager continued even after she was told by the police, not to speak or get near my daughter. Alot of families have broken their lease because of the same treatment. One occasion a resident shared with me is, they were turning their key in letting the property manager know they were moving out and breaking their lease only to have this manager get into their face and threaten them with taking them to court and adding charges against them. Calls have been made to one of the supervisors that runs these properties. It is owned by Post Investment, managed by Multi Family Ministry. The other supervisor happens to be the sister of this property manager. As to date, no action has been made to remove this property manager from this complex in order to prevent ongoing issues with the current residents, namely single mothers that are trying thier best to make a better life for themselves and their children. In conclusion, what kind of establishment allows for their own property manager to write her own review under the name "Sexy Stranger"?? This is a prime example of the reputation this complex will carry if nothing is done...

This apartment complex is about the children if you come visit or a resident here you see all the signs watch for children playing and the speed limit sign and of course or wonderful manager Micky out watching to see who I driving fast and making sure she tells them slow down.... And Micky is very understanding if you talk to her she would never put your business out their to anyone... Micky only does what her job requires her to do and nothing more.... Theae apartment or well keeped and if their is a problem all you have to is make a phone and the maintenance is knocking on the door with in minutes and if it's not maintenance it's her self trying to fix what needs to be fixed.... With that being said my apartment...

We absolutely love Rancho De Luna, the manager Lisa and leasing Consultant Megan have been amazing since day one, anything you need any concerns thier there to help. I love all the activities, goodies and so much more for the kids it makes it so much fun, they look forward to what's next! Or if you need a coffee or breakfast treat in the AM before heading out, All the floor plans are spacious, washer and dryer hook ups in every unit as well as a laundry facility on property, the renovated apartments are beautiful. Maintenance is great, Pet friendly. We're 14 months in and ready to renew 🤗 Thank you Rancho De Luna / Topaz Asset...
